As we are a leading player in our market, we are looking for high energy Business Development entry level to join our Sales and Marketing division that can help drive growth, in an innovative and very fast paced company. The candidate will have an exceptional opportunity to operate in both the local market (Italy) and the International Market (Global). The candidate will be responsible for managing leads and opportunities. The candidate will be expected to support prospective customers & the Docebo Partner Network during the pre-sales phase. Relocation will not be a requirement, and the candidate will be given the possibility to work from home/office, after a period of induction and training at Docebo HQ. JOB POSITION : JUNIOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT (Educational Technology, Software field)
- Expected Job Experiences: starting from 0, up to 5 years
- Leads and opportunities management, using the Docebo ERP and CRM solution
- Back-end support of both domestic and International business operations
- Prompt follow-up on leads and opportunities
- Delivery of web-based demontrations of the Docebo products
- Ability to travel to client sites, present sales materials and conduct in person product and company demonstrations
- Required Skills (Mandatory):
- Undergrad or Graduate level, Bachelor or Masters degree
- Knows how to use basic Office-like (Excel, Word) tools
- Passionate about new technologies, knows how to use standard web applications, including social media tools (twitter, linkedin etc.)
- Passionate about working within a multi-cultural environment, knows :
Italian = native, or same proficiency level
English = very strong written and spoken
Spanish or Chinese or Arabic = strong written and spoken
- Previous experience in:
~an organization operating within a Sales and Marketing unit in the Information Technology sector
~working with SaaS and Cloud software products ( i.e. Salesforce, Evernote, Shopify ... )
- Relevant experience (study or work) abroad (+9 months) in an English speaking country
