Hello,

I'm trying to install docebo to replace an earlier system using Spaghetti Learning. After uploading the files I receive the error below. I've read through the installation manual. But, I'm confused about file permissions. I have set all the folders in each path to 777 for the first couple of entries in the list below. Then I refresh the page and the error for the folder is still there. I'm confused.  Any ideas about what I'm missing?

Some directory where files are stored does not exist or does not have correct permission

• files/doceboCore/photo
• files/common/users
• files/doceboCms/banners
• files/doceboCms/docs
• files/doceboCms/forum
• files/doceboCms/links
• files/doceboCms/media
• files/doceboCms/topic
• files/doceboKms/files
• files/doceboLms/course
• files/doceboLms/forum
• files/doceboLms/item
• files/doceboLms/message
• files/doceboLms/project
• files/doceboLms/scorm
• files/doceboLms/test
• files/doceboLms/course
• files/doceboLms/forum
• files/doceboLms/item
• files/doceboLms/message
• files/doceboLms/project
• files/doceboLms/scorm
• files/doceboLms/test

You have to set every folder, you can do it one by one or in a single click, depends on what software you are using

Thank you. I had not changed the permissions on files within the "files" folder. The installation proceeded without error.

Now, a new problem. I receive the following error on the main page after logging in:

Char: 4
Error: 'null' is null or not an object
Code:0
URL: http://www.larsentech.com/lms/doceboCore/index.php?modname=login&op=confirm

The program takes me back to the login screen everytime I click on a link or button.
