Object : LMS in a Primary School: Parents access
Hello,
FIrst of all, congratulations for this excellent product. I'd like to use the LMS in a local Primary School. The students are between 7 and 15 years old.
Each student will have a username and password.
Each teacher will algo have their username and password.
My question is the following: Is there a way to configure the LMS in order to let the student's parents access to their son's information? I mean, I'd like theachers to send notes to parent's but without informing them in the student`s area. I'd also like parents to see the class material, etc (the same as their sons).
I figured that the LMS has a kind of "totur" and "mentor" profile, but I'm not sure how to indicate that those profiles are related to some students only (not all). One last note: Each parent can have more that one student in the same school, of course.
Thank you very much for your suggestions on this issue.
Regards,

Hernan
