Object : Opening new module in a new window
Can we modify the course page when a learning module is selected from the course page, then it opens in a new window?  Please refer to this image to give you an idea http://www.chalhoublive.com/docebo.jpg

Yes, you have to work on the learning object page and create a javascript that automatically load the popup

Thank you for your response. I really appreciate your help.

thx

This is not a docebo file but a learning object file, then is up to you, it depends on how the learning object are built.
This action is totally indipendent from docebo but is related only to the learning object

The option to launch scorm content in a new window is possible in efron and moodle and several other LMS. But not in Docebo.
If your content is developed by a third party and not designed to open in a new window. You´re out of luck.
You can change the size of the lightbox (though getting rulerbars on the side).

Docebo does not support opening LO in a new window.

With some little configuration or by using api, you can make your own content playing in new windows.

Hi,

Is it possible to make a lectora sco play in a pop up window? I have selected the correct options in lectora but it still loads in the ajax player? Hopefully this would enable a close button on the sco to function correctly.

Thanks in advance.

I know that you can play scorm content without logging in. But this is a matter of opening the scorm content in new window inside Docebo after logging in, with tracking.

The best thing would be if you cold open content in a new windows with the LMS API tracking. At the same place where you set the size of the lightbox, make a radio button you can check for opening content in new window.

Captivate and Articulate will both let you publish a lauch page so content can pop out in a new window. The problem is what you have hundreds of modules developed by a third party that does not open in new a new window :-(
