Hello everybody,

I'm currently testing Docebo 3.04. After configuring the event administration in the administration module, I found that the CMS forum didn't send e-mail notification. It seems the event notification works well with news created, new pages reated or modified, but nothing with forum new thread, new discussion or new answer.

Did someone get similar trouble ?   Where could the problem come from ?

Hi, did you already check some patch on the bugtracker?
Did you configure the event manager in admin area?

I will clarify. In the CMS module, I implemented a "notification" block into a webpage thet gives to the users the possibility to select the notification they would like to receive by e-mail.
The only problem seems to be with forum. Some further tests have shown that the user get info when a new forum is created, but nothing else, no notification on new discussion or new answer to a discussion.

I didn't find any information about it on the docebo forum or bugtrack.

So how can we solve the problem ?

Accade anche a me lo stesso problema per i forum in CMS (unico modulo attivato). Nella disperazione ho settato tutti gli eventi come obbligatori. Niente da fare.

La notifica avviene regolarmente per i nuovi thread ma non per i messaggi.

C'è qualche anima buona che sa come risolvere?
