Thank you guys for following up. I really need your help since I am getting no where.
1. I have found out the problem had to do with the Time. Since I am in E.S.T -5 therefore, every time I create a room, Telskill sees it but it gets experied because the user interface od Docebolms does not handle the Time value properly. Here is some information
"We have actually found in our server log that you tried several times
(actually with full success) to create a Virtual Room of 1 hour lasting.
Maybe that the date & time you were creating it were assumed by our server
to be GMT+1 (italian time). The Virtual Room lasting was limitated by you
to one hour and so you might always have found the room alreay closed (4
hours before your local time) when trying to access from Docebo at GMT+6.
Under this circustamces, we suggest you to try to create a Virtual Room
lasting 12 hours at least so to find it still open when accessing it from
Docebo.
In the meantime, by tomorrow, (twesday) you will find a fully operational
"GMT" optional parameter that we are just adding today to our API in
message #1, #5 and #6 in order to allow you to betterly manage this issue.
"
Can you guys really suggest what to do here? I need to get this going.
So what I did I created a room now with GMT +1 and I was able to create the room but unable to access it because there is no link to access it. However,
I got this "define _HOURS in Tellskill module". Please guys comment and refer to this image below
