does anyone have any idea how to insert FLASH into a SCROM? is there a specific software that you may recommend like Captivate 2 and if so, will I be able to insert the SCORM file into LMS if I create it in Captivate 2?

I use Captivate 2 at work and I can insert the SCORM files into the LMS. Also, I believe if you look in the SCORM manual found in the manuals section of this site, it shows you how to publish Flash content to be SCORM compliant. Captivate 2 allows you to use SCORM settings such that when configured will publish all of the necessary files for the content to communicate with the LMS. All you need to do then is to zip up the content and upload it on the LMS, however, with Captivate 2, there is a variable that is in the HTML file that Captivate publishes called "g_intAPIOrder" that must be set to 1. By default, it is set to zero Hope this helps Doug |
