Hello Cuttlas,

For me, it's just a error in your php.ini settings. I was with the same kind of error just because I make a mistake in my php.ini.

Check to if apache is well set for your php (carefull sometime you work on a httpd.conf but it's not the one who's used)

Hello, I would appreciate some help.  I am trying to install Docebo but have run into a wall.  I uploded the files to my webserver, and opened the install page.  At step 4: Configuration, I have tried all different version of information, but still get the error message: unable to connect with ftp.  I am using the information provided by my webserver.  I know there is probably a simple solution, and I hope someone can help.

I am using Omnis as a webhost with mysql and apache and myphp installed through the server.

probably this is a server issue ... in docebo 3.5 we have impruved language loading and now takes around 8 second for module in really overloaded server and less then 2 seconds for module fornromal server.
Or your server is realllllyyyyy overloaded or this is something (probably the max execution time or something similar) that is configured not correctly.
Can your ISP and Hosting provider try to help you in this?

Thanks,  I got the problem fixed.  I had to try several differnet combinations of the IP and FTP addresses, but I got it.  The platform looks great and I look forward to using it!  I am sure you will see more questions from me in the future .

30S for max_execution time is really really slow, if server is not fast (and probbly it's your situation) you will have also problems loading scorm package.

Hello claudio, I´ve change the php.ini config, and still cant install de language package.  it´s very fast the server too.

Now the configure is

I had your problem when I was installed IIS beside Apache server on my system .
Wow max_execution_time : 30000s 
it`s irregular value . 60s is enough for Docebo

There`s no IIS, it´s a linux server. Apache/2.2.3 (Red Hat)

i´ve change the 30000 s to 60. still not working.

I install it on my windows and work ok.

the difference it´s whne try to install the language in the linux faild very fast, in one or two second appearce the message failed.

 

I follow the manual step by step, and I do all correct

please let me know if you can figure out what is happening

It's failing on my Fedora Linux server install too at the same place. When I look at the logs this is the first error I see:

PHP Fatal error:  Cannot clone object of class DoceboDOMDocument due to 'zend.ze1_compatibility_mode' in /var/www/html/install/lib/lib.lang.php on line 31

Hope this help somebody because it's greek to me. I've googled for most of it with no help.
