The only v3.5 available for download is v3.5.0.3 and it disables permissions for homepage, meaning no one can view it.

There is also a lot of commented out code, can't create permissions nor update permissions.
This affectively kills off CMS, no one can make a homepage that is viewable. The demo is running 3.5.0.4, maybe we can download that one?
