A mistery:

I have created a new super admin. He's also a course admin but when he try to go to LMS. Docebo answer: You can't access.

but no problem to acces to doceboCore.

Any idea to fix this.

There is no difference , you should enroll your administrators in any course as a uaual student , the only difference is that an admin can do any task that is related to an instructor .

Sorry, I forgot to say that he's a teacher too and a studen also.

That why it was a problem.

But I just find why:
He was already connected on another computer. After a log off, no more problems.

Ok , it`s not a bug . It`s because of one great feature in Docebo session counting ; One user can`t access system from two browsers in same time ;)

Is there any solution to passby this protection? I have develope an extension to Docebo and my users can't be in my reporting system and in docebo in the same time.

If it's possible to change this........

Of course by default it`s disabled but I don`t know why 3.5.0.3 version sometimes enable it !!? You and enable and disable it from Admin Area>Configuration>E-Learning>Security .
