I think there may be an 'bug' in the 3rd page of your benchmarking report!? The second paragraph reads thus -
"The main difference between an Open and a Closed
platform is that in the former there is “per-user billing”,
there are no license costs and that data and the
source code belong to the customer."
I think this is incorrect, and that it should be something like:
"The main difference between an Open and a Closed
platform is that in the former there is “per-user billing”,
'whereas in an Open platform' there are no license costs and that data and the
source code belong to the customer."
