Written on : 03/11/2008 20:26 ( more than one month ) Object : Re: Docebo 3.6 Final, Bugs Hi  ,Thanks for your stable release . 1- The "result" link in welcome page doesn`t appear by default , it will appear after student area or any other area observation that are related to course .  2- I couldn`t get report for "Statistics on all courses for all users (last 30 days)" , I`ve modified some settings but still I can`t gain any report ! 3- After creation "certificate" , I can`t open pdf file and get error in file opening action ! (I`m using Windows OS and Adobe Reader 8) Sorry for delay in my bug report  |

For example when I click on user name in "Course Info" page , I can see those icons in his/her profile page but when I click on them only one white paper will appear . |

I installed Docebo but have not yet been able to upload any of my SCORM content. I have been successful in uploading images (i.e. profile updates). I removed all file and folder security but no luck. I have PHP5 and dom XML enabled. I know the SCORM package is good because I've uploaded it in the Docebo demo. |

The Problem is solved.... the issue because of browser and its addons compatiblity... i use firefox 2.0.0.4 versions and some add ons.. First i thought this problem is because of coding... but its not the problem.. after un installing all the addons its working fine now.... I check the site by uploading same files from other machine... what a beauty ?... its uploaded.. then i understand this is not coding problem,,its browser problem then i uninstall all the addons and reinstalling firefox again makes the problem solved... Thnks..... and finally the problem is with yslow addon..... |

First of all I want to thank you for your excellent work with Docebo.I've been using Docebo since release 3.0.5.Here you can see the website: http://www.ecdlonline.ro I'd like to report a few bugs that I had to deal with: 1.When generating *.pdf certificates and the user has 1 last name and 2 surnames names(eg. Alina Irina Beceanu) it will appear like this: Alina irina Beceanu.The second surname is being decapitalised. 2.If I do copy-paste html code in Fckeditor when I save the page will suffer several modifications and it will not appear as desired.The html code is being changed from its original. There are a few more bugs that I will report shortly.Thank you. Catalinux Ps.I did translate docebo into romanian and I would like you consider adding romanian language for the future versions.Just let me know what sould I do to send you the translation. |

When someone requests to reset their password, the e-mail that is sent does not have a link to click on. I see that this was an issue in 3.5 as well...does anyone have a fix for this. Installed with no problem, actually easier than 3.5, maybe because I'm now familiar with the code. This is my issue: As an Administrator I can view student profiles and click on the Photo and Avatar links to insert. Students can see the Complete profile with Photo and Avatar place holders but can not insert or upload images themselves. How can I give students rights to upload their own photo or avatar via their profile? |

Object : Core E-Learning Report error Docebo version 3.6.0.3 LAMP When creating a new report with report's category set to courses, the resulting report shows no statistics at all. The default report "Statistics on all courses for all users (last 30 days)" that comes with the installation is also empty. Reports´s category "users" seems to work as expected. |

Then I created a training on Docebo LMS. What happens is that when I finish to whatch the (video) training, Docebo does not set it as a finished training (green), the flag keeps yellow indicating I started by not finished the training. The reason for that, as I figured, is because there's no page refresh (reload). So I when I refresh the page (F5) then the flag turns green indicating the training is completed. Is there a way to solve this problem? Another issue is that for SCORM 1.2 it does not work at all, I mean, it never sets a training as completed. Thanks for your help. |

I had to grant write permissions to the folder docebo/files/doceboLms/certificate on my server Now I am able to upload images for background of a certificate to this folder and the system is able to use them.
