Hello, we are very pleased to discover Docebo. Now a first problem for us is: when we upload a scorm object and we want to see the learningpath as student (or as administrator), we get the error "Load from XML:"

We get it twice. Anyone who can help? We see DOMXLK is enabled in php etc.

Please specify server configuration and check if in diagnostic everything is correct or there is some error reported.
Also please report version anche check if "!debug mode" is disabled

Hi,

The problem occurs when the scorm player opens and ajax fails to load an XML file. In google crhome the xml loads fine and no error occurs.

I had a similar problem and discovered that the Scorm manifest file url was incorrect - it had https at the beginning of it, not http (my installation isn't running through ssl). I was able to configue the base url under configuration> E-Learning> Main options in the main admin area which sorted out the problem.

Hi,

i'm having the same problem with docebo 3.6.0.4 and using courselab 2.4.

Could you please some more details or additional help?

have you checked that the url of your platform is set correctly under configuration> E-Learning> Main options ?

Hello,

i'm trying to configure https for Docebo 4.0 but there is an error "load from XML" when I try to load SCORM objects. So at this time I have the service running with http only.

I don't know if this is a bug as long as i have use the URL parameter to tell docebo that the website should load with http://website.

I appreciate some help with this issue.
