I have a user assigned as a Public Administrator with the rights to add users, the problem is that when you try it, it shows a screen asking for the group where the user is going to be added but the Group List is not showing and the systems is not allowing me to go on.

If I try to add users as the super administrator I have no problem, the Group List is there and even if I don’t choose a group the system lets me add the user.

Am I missing something? How can I fix this?

hello,
to create a user as a public admin you have to have the rights to manage at least one group.

To do this go  to main -> permissions -> public administrators

and click to the Assign users management icon on the user's row. Then select the organization char branch.

Hello Giovanni.
I have given permission to the public administrator as you suggest, now he can see the list off users:



The problem remains when he tries to add a new user, as you can see the list of groups is not appearing:



as it should as when I do it as a Super administrator:


Sorry to bother you, I suppose it’s a simple solution but I can’t find it.

Hello,
when you click "Assign users management"  you have to decide to which groups or organization chart branches the public admin can manage users, as public admin can't manage users that are in the "root" unless they are member of a group or a org. chart branch that you have assigned to that public admin..
