The registrations made for the CMS are not approved when the click user in link sent by email. It does not appear the message and confirmed register. The users are in the table of "user_temp" and they are not confirmed.

The registrations had been made in one same computer and only the first registration functioned.
Somebody can help me, please?

does it works if the registration is made from the LMS?

And in the email, do you see the activation url all in one line? Cause the activation code must be complete in order to work; for example for the user in your  screenshot it must be all the "random_code" string value.

Also, to provide us more info, you could enable the debug information from the general configuration.

the problem was not in docebo. some users use webmail, and normally they are not in format "view as html" ,
therefore, "&amp" was not interpreted.

I have a problem where when I recieve the link and click on it, I get an error that says, "The Request is not valid becuase the validity time is elapsed"

I have check and per the login/registration options in the configuration, i have the validity time set to 72 hrs.  I tried the link Immediatly and this is what I get.  Any help is appreciated.

FYI.... My problem turned out to be duplicate entries in the pending table.  As soon as I remove the records and tried again it worked with no problem.
