Hello

In permissions -> administrator managers, I want to get the administrator the ability to add edition for courses but there is some problems:
- I should get him the "edit" and "add" permissions so he can have the ability to add a course
- the administrator can add a course too but I want him only have the ability to add edition for a course which the super admin created
- I want this administrator only can add an edition for courses for categores the super admin have specified but he can create course for all categories

Please help me
