There appears to be an error when creating a report using the "User Defined Fields".  If I initially create the report and save it, it works just fine.  However if I edit the report and save it again, it adds another set of "User Defined Fields" to the report.  This process continues every time I edit and save the report.

The report I am creating is a student report that shows the students transcripts.

Below is a screenshot and as you can see the user defined fields are duplicated numerous times.

please try with this patch. 

Please note that it is not an official one as it is taken from the svn version of the report module so it fix some bugs but it could also introduce some new problems; please keep a backup copy of the files you are going to overwrite.
