When creating a report and configuring it as "Public", it does not show up to the Administrator managers screen with either View or Edit previledges on reporting.  The Administrator Manager can create new reports but cannot see any of the "Public" reports that have been created.

I am experiencing the same issue. Are their some restrictions on how to make a report public? I want to share a report as a super-admin with my standard admins. can this be done? Thanks
