Hello.

I have uploaded all the installation files to my (hosted) server, but don't seem to be able to get past the config setup screen.

Even though the FTP details that I am entering are DEFINITELY correct, it fails with an error of "Can't connect in ftp to the specified server, please check inserted parameters"

Anyone got any ideas as to what may be going wrong so that I can actually get started on setting up my site.

All help will be appreciated!!!

please provide some more details about the host you are trying to install docebo on.. like operating system, webserver software and version, php & mysql version, safe_mode set to on or off, ..
