I´ve teachers and students on my platform. I´ve organized them in two groups: "teachers" and "students". Now I want to give the teacher group the rights of an admin: create new courses, manage students of the course, etc. Is this possible? How?

You can assign group specific menus for example give some group the permision to use message menu but not other groups.
If you want to assign teacher role it is determined in every course.Maybe  teacher in one course be a student of another course.
Also you can specify a user as administrator manger and public administrator and give them specific permissions
