Hello I have installed all files correctly and realized that the config.php did not have mysql database info.  So I edited the config.php to include the correct dbuser, dbpassword, and dpname...and saved.  However, my site still displays 500 error and I can not reach install page????

http://kanjilms.edesignbymonique.com/install  (will not work)
please assist asap with easy to follow support

hello,
please check that all folders have 755 permissions and all files (in all subfolders too) have 644 permissions.

also try to rename the file .htaccess to .htaccess2 to see if this helps.

then run the install script and it should work and tell you which files and folders need to have write permissions for everybody.

bye,
Giovanni.

Thanks, I changed file permissions for all folders and subfolders to 755 and all files to 644 and it works.

NEXT ISSUE: When in the Docebo Core > Configuration, the 'Chat and Video' & 'Web Portal' tabs are missing - how?  Please assist as I would like to set up Dim Dim but can not see the tab.

Thank you

Hi there,

No nothing displayed properly.  So to save on time, I logged into my hosting cpanel and deleted all of the docebo folders and files.  Then reinstalled them all using the cpanel (not the ftp).  Once all folders and files were reloaded to my cpanel I was able to change the folder and subfolder permissions to 755 and all files to 644.  Finally, I was able to go to my site URL with /install at the end and the installation page showed up.  I then went through the installation easily and once installed the LMS link worked and it pulled up everything correctly!  Logging in as admin worked and all configuration tabs displayed properly.

Thanks Giovanni !  It would be great if I could get the certificate text to display without all the codes, is there a fix in place?
