Object : Cannot upload learning objects bigger than 8M
Hi,
my php configuration is set up to the values listed below:
max_upload_file = "20M"
post_max_size="20M"

but when I go to Docebo's configuration,  the post size is set to 8M, so I cannot upload any learning object bigger than 8M, ¿how can I solve this? where do I can change Docebo's value? I thought that Docebo's value should  be the same one that appears in my php configuration.

Thanks in advance,

Erba Claudio

Did you restart apache?
In order to take effect you have to reboot the web server

Hello Claudio,
I cannot restart apache since the installation is set up in a shared hosting service.

Using a php.ini file with the parameters I want to change (of course I just can change some parameters, but it's ok for the ones I need). I check that the changes are done using an info.php file. This works fine for other platforms I'm using like, for example,  Magento (an e-commerce platform).
