right now the only way I know of doing this is by editing by hand the html code of the page (using the "html" botton in the editor toolbar).

You place an anchor in the parte of the code you want to jump to:

<a name="top"></a>

And then link to it with:

<a href="#top">Go to top</a>

p.s.
please not that once you insert the anchor tag, then you will also be able to select it from the anchor dropdown menu of Insert/edit link dialog of the tinymce editor; so this will make easier to reuse an anchor and you could also avoid of creating the link that points to the anchor by hand. Moreover, once you create an anchor it apperas as a symbol in the editor and you should be able to copy/paste it in other pages.

I tried on HTML source code. The anchor link in Wiki Manial cannot work.

When i mouse over, it points to http://docebo.org/doceboCms/#top, it shall be
http://www.docebo.com/community/doceboCms/wiki/49_212/show/english/0/How_to_schedule_a_virtual_classroom/#top

I tried to add <base href..> in the top of the wiki page, also cannot work.

Is ok. I focus on other things first.

I suggest to change name from "General Stats" to "Usage Stats", "Lesson Stats" to "Learning Object Stats", to make it consistent with the name used in the system.
