I would like to know how many users  does Docebo support  simultaneously and what are the optimal hardware characteristics for an optimun performance in production.

Hello, it depeds from the hardware. We don't think about "concurrent users" because this is not a realistic approach and all the estimates are not realistic because depends on "what" concurrent users are doing, if thay are doing self training with multimedia content there will be bandwith consuption but low cpu consuption and memory usage, if they are doing collaborationlike forum or chat low bandwith but high cpu consumption. Based on our experience maximum concurrent users are 3% of the registered users.


For a 20.000 Users (in database, not concurrent) we can suggest:

• Dual processor quad xeon
• 16 Gb ram
• Bandwith depends on what kind of training you are doing and what enrollment policy you are using.
