Hello (new docebo user)

I have some prepared scorm files which upload OK. (Prepared with Articulate)

Sometimes the load OK, other times, the pop up window opens but the content does not load. The page shows as fully loaded.

Is this a browser time out or other issue ?

We are considering using docebo for quite a bit project but this puts me off.

Any suggestions would be welcome

it could be a problem of your php session; for how long do you keep the browser open while logged in the docebo platform, without performing any action in it? Please also keep in mind that the time you spend inside a scorm object is not considered time spent inside the docebo platform if the object is made in flash, so if you spend 2 hours inside a flash learning object and then you close it, it is possible that when you click on the next learning object the session is expired. In this case, clicking to "my courses" or another link of the docebo lms platform should bring you to the login page.
