Hi there.. i am having problem installing docebo.. on step 4: configuration.. whenever i choose upload files using ftp, i keep on encountering this error:

Can't connect in ftp to the specified server, please check inserted parameters

and whenever i choose classic method (http) (not available).. i encounter this error:

Can't connect to DB, please check inserted data

can somebody help me??? thanks..

Seems you have not configured parameters
