Hi again.. i already installed docebo but whenever i try to open it with my browser.. i am getting this error message:

Can't connect to db. Check configurations

i don't know if its successful cause theres no note that the installation was successful.. i just configure the config.php manually and it works.. but now,. my problem is that i cant upload anything.. pictures, documents.. etc...

configuring the config.php by hand is not the correct way of installing it.. you now should also set permissions by hand by setting to 777 the folders that are under the files/ folder.

Also, if your php have safe_mode set to on, you should configure the upload method to ftp in your config.php file and provide the correct ftp parameters so that upload of files can be done using ftp. While if you have safe_mode set to off you can just use the standard method and set "fs" as upload method.
