Dear Claudio,

We have successfully upgraded our 3.6.0.3 Docebo installation to 3.6.0.4. And now we're experiencing the same problem as momleepost (see above). As soon as it is annoying, I'd like to help your team with getting right information.

So, what kind of information should we provide so you'll have relevant data for troubleshooting?

PS: Thanks for the recent release.

Ciao,
Dmitry

I have downloaded 3.6.0.4.  I was able to to add a module to the CMS page.  However, it will not allow me to set viewing permissions.  When I try to delete the module I just created I get the following message:

Security issue, the request seem invalid ! Try a new login and retry. [logout]

I have changed my password and logged in but I still have the same issue.  This has occurred on the text module and the poll module.  Also, I can modify viewing permissions that I previously created in 3.6.0.3.  Any suggestions?

The patch allows me to delete the module.  I still can not set the viewing permissions.  As a result, the module is not visible.

Do you not see this at the bottom of your Block when you attempt to edit the block?  Have you published the page that the block resides on?

That is precisely what I'm talking about.  When I select the permissions, I click the Save button but Docebo does not keep my selections.  This module is on a page that is published.

First time install of docebo 3.6.0.4 for evaluation. Installation successful, but cannot login using the admin username and password provided during the installation (error = Access denied, maybe you have inserted a wrong password).

Password recovery feature does not work either. I receive the email, but there is no link to click on in the message that states 'Click on the link below to generate a new password'.

So far, not too impressed; locked out after installation!!!

I am running into the same problem.  I changed the username in the database, tried adding a password through PhpMyAdmin, tried changing the "valid" field from 0 to 1.... nothing seems to work.  I get the same message if I go to the basic (.../docebo) or to the CoeAdmin (.../docebo/doceboCore/)

Hello,
please provide some more details about your environment: php and mysql version, operating system, webserver version and so on.

From the problem you reported it seems a problem with mysql: maybe during the installation the default user hasn't been created successfully.. could you tell what you see inside the database table core_user after a fresh install?

bye,
Giovanni.

Am I the only one who can't set the viewing permissions in newly created modules in 3.6.04 (text module)?  If I can't set the viewing permissions, the module is not visible and I can't modify the CMS.  Please, I need a solution.

There is some sort of glitch in 3.6.04 but I got around it by first creating admin manager with permission to create and delete CMS pages.  Once that was accomplished and was able to add, modify and delete, I logged out and logged in as the super admin.  Now I was able to work with the CMS modules as designed. I then realized that Docebo was not providing any default permission checks when I was creating modules and struggling with it before.  It simply wouldn't allow me to set permissions.  Now it is working.  You may want to keep an eye out for that situation.

Hi Ozols,
so what happens to you is:

- fresh docebo 3.6.0.4 install
- go on cms, create an empty page
- add a text module to the page, but can't set view permission for that module

is this correct? thanks.

bye,
Giovanni.

This is the sequence:

- upgraded from 3.6.0.3 to 3.6.04
- opened a cms page that was already published with other modules
- added a new text module
- added checks for viewing permissions (no default checks in the viewing area)
- saved my changes
- jumped to cms page--could not see my new module
- opened to edit the module again--no checks in the viewing permissions area (all other inputs on the module remained)
- then I went through the steps I outlined above

I believe there is a bug when associating a catalog with a curriculum (free subscription).

I have done the following to associate catalogue and curriculum:
1. Created a catalog
2. Created a curriculum with courses (free and open subscription)
3. Associated catalog with the curriculum (note: at this point curriculum does not show the code column--everything shifts left)
4. Associated catalog with organizational node (Community)
5. Logged in as a member of Community
6. My curriculum shows the associated courses
7. I subscribe to the course
8. A pop-up asks me to confirm the subscription
9. I confirm and a message (in pink) says "This isn't in pool"

The same message no matter which curriculum is used.

Hello,
Downloaded the latest version 3.6.0.4 from this link (http://www.docebo.com/community/doceboCms/index.php?mn=docs&op=download&pi=5_4&id=91) the whole system works very well but if the cost to take a course to pay for it click to buy open your shopping cart and displays a message (Security issue, the request seem invalid! Try a new login and retry. [logout]) + noticed that for some reason the tax is not added. how to solve these problems ...

Any ideas ....

Hello,
did you applied all the patches for version 3.6.0.4?

Anyway please note that the new major version, 4.0.2, has been released and if you are doing a fresh install I'd suggest you to go with v4 ;)

bye,
Giovanni.
