I did a checkout from the trunk and successfully installed it.
However, I coudn't login or register a new user.Even going back and updating to previous revisions did not help.

Am I missing something or is this a known bug?

you need to have also the up-to-date database that is not released yet; at this time the pre beta build is not available for download so you can only test it from the http://docebo40.docebo.info  website.
