When sending newsletters you allways get 0 users and no send unless set to 'every language'

which version of docebo are you using? Are you sure that a language has been set for the users?

The language setting for the user is an user preference so users may have it not being set.

I am using 3.6.0.4 and yes the language is set for all users to english.
I have also checked each users language setting individually and english is set (the only option available)
Configuration>Common>Default Language>English

I've tried it with 3.6.0.4 and for me it works. Are you sure you selected some users? Like from the users tab clicking "select all users" ?
