Hello all.
We have recently started testing our implementation of the Docebo LMS and things have been going nicely. great open source tool.
To this point we have been able to upload, launch and successfully track custom eLearning courses built in Articulate and some standard Microsoft online courses.

But the whole reason our LMS search began is that we want to launch a vendor created custom course. It is our first time working with this vendor and their course is not tracking properly in Docebo. In doing some troubleshooting, I see that unlike our other courses that work with Docebo, this one does not call the soaplms.php file for tracking. Anybody know why this is?

This vendor course that doesn't work in Docebo does indeed work in an LMS that we are trying to retire in favor of Docebo. We'd much rather use Docebo so any help would be appreciated. Again what is it that eLearning courses have to do to use or call the finish functions in the soaplms.php file. Many thanks for the help!

Hi, this learning objects are made in scorm 1.2 or 2004?
Does the API is correctly inizialized?

I continue to dig... I'm at the launch html file now and it turns out that the course cannot find the API. I get the standard "Management system interface not found." they are using the code built by Andrew Chemey. Is this a imsmanifest.xml issue? Any help?

In order to do scorm pack we use reload editor, if the main file is not marked as sco (ex. it's an asset) the api is not called at all
