I like the user import feature. Nice. I was able to upload 20000 users into our Docebo LMS which is good, but of course we had to then add fields and data. When I try to import new data for existing users over the existing it gives me error and won't let me do it. What is the best way in Docebo to update users with a new data snapshot. Is this possible through the standard interface or will we need to build an interface to the databases?

Also, is there a way to delete multiple users through the interface at one time without going directly to the databases? At this point since we have not yet launched the system, I could delete everyone (but me) and reupload, but I can't seem to find a way to do this.

for the second task docebo 4.0 manage operations on multiple users, 3.6 have some limit on this

Thanks again for the reply. I look forward to version 4. What I mean for the import is that our users change jobs, orgs, companies, become managers, etc. We want to track this dynamic data in Docebo for reporting purposes. Thus we need to on a regular basis (until we build a connector) to upload new user files that may update in mass user information. Should Docebo's user import feature be able to update this info if the username in Docebo and the import file are the same?. Thanks

I was curious if there was a resolution for the same problem originally described in this thread. We have a large ERP system that controls promotions or department moves. Is there a built-in method or preferred method of doing this regularly through imports?
