Object : Update LMS on closing the SCORM window
Hi

When we close down the SCORM window, we would like it to automatically refresh the browser window, so that we can instantly see the progress of the student in the lesson progress.

Does anyone have any information on this?

hi,
it should work as you described but in certain situations it could have some problems refreshing the page.. are you using version 3.6.0.4. of docebo?

Also it has been improved in docebo 4.

Hello Giovanni

I have the same problem with v. 3.6.0.3. I don't want to upgrade to v. 4.0.2. Is it possible to fix this problem?

Hello

I solved the problem change settings in the Captivate before publishing the project. In Preferences>Project>Start and End  menu I set in 'Project end options' the option 'Close the project'. This way when you close SCORM player the results is already set to completed and the icon turned green.
