Object : Internal Server Error!!
Hi,
We have just started to receive the following error intermittantley:

>>>Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, xxxxxxxxxxxx and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.<<<

We have made no changes to the system since upgrade to 3604 in July and would like a little help diagnosing this please, my ISP has suggested the following:

>>> no indicatation of the error are logged in the logs. I checked the Docebo event manager, but they aren't present there as well. Thus, I would advise you to report this issue to the docebo authors, who will be able to at least help you activate a debugging mode, which should provide us with enough information about the error, so we can start tracing its origins.<<<

How would we enable debugging and where would we then look for the logs?

Thankyou in advance

Debugging mode can be enabled by the configuration area (admin)

Hello,
this could be due to wrong permissions to files/folders or to the .htaccess file (only for cms).

How did you setup your permissions?

bye,
Giovanni.
