Object : Can the Public Administrator create a course ?
Hello,
Can the Public Administrator create a course without needing to go to the admin area?

I would like to know if the public adminsitrator can create a course under any category without needing to go to the admin area. Because i tried to click on add course but every time i try, am asked a course code.

How can i over come the issue?

your help will be highly appreciated

Thanks

Ronnie

Yes, that's the difference between public and sub administrator.
The public administrator have a dedicated are in the post-login page and it's not necessary to go in the admin
The public administrator have the "manage" menu instead the administration area, the "add a course" it's nother feature not related to the public administor

Hello Claudio, Thanks for your quick reply. But i have failed to see where i can activate a link menu called "manage" for public Administrators to be able to create courses on any category. Your help on this will be highly appreciated. Otherwise, am trying to learn the system but its a very well organised system. Keep up the spirit. Regards, Ronnie

Hello Ronnie
The "manage" area should be visible when you log in with the public administrator account (You have to assign the public administrator level to the user)
