When I upload file for example in course, docebo upload it to the server. Is there physically. Uploading method is FTP (all setings are setuped right, becuase the file at server)When I in course try to dowloadn it, I will donload it, physically to my HDD,  but I can not open it - is failure. When I go to server the file is there and I try download him with total comander, and I download it perfect and I open it without any problem.

Same with photo or avatar - I uploaded photo, is physically at server, but in photo section is showing only X, without any picture.

So what is wrong? upload is OK, FTP uploading is OK, persmission for directory is setuped OK, so where is the problem?

Hello,
if the file have a small size in KB, try to rename it as a txt file and open it with notepad; maybe you are getting some error messages instead of the file content.
