Written on : 11/11/2010 23:30 ( more than one month ) Object : Self registration into Community node How do I configure 4.0 so that anyone who self registers will automatically be in the "Community" node and therefore can only see the "Community" catalog? I tried to do this by setting up an additional drop down field but I can't get the field to show up in the registration form.

Written on : 12/11/2010 18:36 ( more than one month ) Object : Re: Self registration into Community node Ok, in order to achive this result you can: assogn a code to the community node (do this editing the folder) Go in the : Main > Configuration > Setting module and select the user tab. On the : "Registration code usage None" choose the third option : "Ask for a tree code chosen by the user from a list in a dropdown menu" And that's all. Fabio Docebo Staff - Docebo 4 released! - |

I must not be assigning the code properly to the Community node. I assume you go to main>users>user management and edit the Community node. When I added the node I gave it the code of Community. I see no other place where code appears as an editable or assignable field.
