HEllo,

I have an LMS working in NetworkSolutions hosting environment, which changes quiet frequently.

Can you help me with this: I wonder what kind of problem should be the cause of the error shown in a pop up window after the first slide of a SCORM course is appears:  

Error: HIERARCHY_REQUEST_ERR: dom Exception 3

After that, a new pop up appears showing some xml code, so long that the window can't show, and after that, the course continue its normal course. I still haven't checked if the statistics are logged correctly in the docebo tracking system.

It should be noted that the error appears only with chrome. IE6/7/8 and Firefox work fine.

Do you have any DoceboLMS debug option enabled?

The option "Enable debug information" is off. Should I turn it on, to see error messages?

it is a bug of google chrome (see here) that hopefully will be fixed soon.
