I have been been able to activate the Code sign-in on the Registration page (main>configuration>settings>user>registration code usage) and the new student enters the code and automatically becomes a member of the designated organizational code.  However, if I activate the Code with a drop-down option, the drop-down is always blank for the new student.  How do I get the codes to show up in the drop down?

Has anyone been able to activate the code drop-down option on the registration page so it shows code options and not a blank drop-down?

Bug fixes in 4.0.4 now allow the drop down codes to show up during registration.
