The function subscribes users in a course from csv file doesn't work with some userid which are in Arabic alphabet like: علي احمد

Please guide me to solve this problem

have you set the file encoding to UTF8 ?

I made a test with the name you provided and it worked for me. Also please make sure that the file name doesn't contain any space after/before.

Eventually could you open your csv file with a text editor and paste 2-3 lines of it (with arabic alphabet) here so that I can check the format?

version 3.6.0.6 doesn't exists yet; you're using 3.6.0.4 right?
