Is it possible that docebo sends a notification email to the user and his moderator (boss) before one of the users competences is about to expire and a role is going to be lost? 

Saying this in another way:

My empoyees have to pass different competences and test to get sertified doing their job.  If they're not sertified and I get a visit from the government, it's my neck. I have too many employees to follow their sertifications manually, so what I need is a notification from the LMS when one of my employees are about to loose his sertificate (which I suppose are the competences in docebo). I also want the user to get a notification.

Is this in any way possible?

Please consider providing this notification feature since I also have customers who need to re-certify on their anniversary date.  Could this be included in upcoming releases of 4.x?

Notification system is in the roadmap but we don't warranty SLA to community but only to customers
I hope we will publish the roadmap soon
Also, if project is critical consider to outsource the activity to the docebo staff
