Hi I have the latest version of docebo installed within a windows server running 2008.

The problem I have is that docebo does not seem to be picking up the SCORM object status for any courses I publish with Articulate Quizmaker 09.

When a course is passed it goes to the completed tab, but when a course is failed it does not complete it just moves to in progress.  

Is there any way around this, or an alternative product that will correctly report SCORM info.  I just like the usability and simplicity of Articulate.

Hello, the LMS activity is correct, due to the SCORM standard if a test is failed the status cannot be scored as completed

Probably with the word "course" you mean "learning object"

If you mean that articulate quiz need to be attempted one singe time also if failed this is a learning object configuration and not an LMS configuration because the SCORM standard say that a LO's need to work indipendentaly to the platform.

Then in this scenario check if Articulate have some option to avoid multiple quiz attempt

Yes Articulate Quiz maker does have the ability to limit attempts etc.  I am having a strange problem with it though, I cant upload zip scorm packages even though they are only 410k in size... it says _ERRORUPLOAD

any idea what it could be I used to be able to upload without problem.

Update on ftp error it was wrong password so quiz uploads fine and sets complete / incomplete depending on score.  You can set in LMS Scorm settings of the Articulate Quiz maker to change the status to passed or incomplete or others.

Does the quiz pass the score also or only the pass/fail status?

Anyone know?
