Hello,

Until now, I worked alone as Super Admin. Now I want to add some Admin on Docebo.

  1. I've created a new admin user "nes" in user interface and add it to a Node "FRENCH" in my Organization Charts.
  2. I've created a new profile "RAM" and I've set the rights in the Admin Profile (Main > Administrators > Admin Profile). I haven't set limit of creation. I gave all rights on Users on framewrok part and all rights on Course on lms part. I've set the language (English). I add "nes" to this profile "RAM".
  3. I've assigned some users to this admin ("stud1" and "stud2") and I've selected "Yes" ("No - Yes - Descendant" select button) for "FRENCH" Node in the Organization Chart. I've selected "All courses" in Courses option. I've set the location too.
Now I log in with "nes".
When I click on "Admin Area", I have this message :

You can't access

I've checked again and again, but everything seems ok to me.

Did I miss something in the configuration of Admin users or is it a bug ?

I think this has been fixed in 4.0.4; which version are you using?

I use 4.0.3... I haven't done the update yet Smile

I have done the update to 4.0.4 and full installation too (in another server) and I still have the same message. Frown

Is that a bug ?

I Am using Docebo 4.0.4 version. I Am also getting the same problem. You can't access... error when I click the admin area menu.

Whether the bugs have been cleared.. Please reply me

you can now find a patch in the bugtracker for this bug. Please make a copy of your files before overwriting them.
