Object : Docebo 4.0 - Installation Step4 issues

Hi yet another post but really stuck been trying to get Docebo 4.04 to install for 4 days last week I installed it but thought there were some DB issues so uninstalled and now cant re install.

 

The issue is in step4 when you are asked to input DB credentials the form isn’t recognising the db name and I am 100% sure its correct even copying and pasting. Is there some way to bypass this step and force it to go in ??

 

I already contacted my Server Provider and they checked to see if there is a MySQL issue they found noting could someone help would really appreciate it!!

Did you delete all the previous existing tables?

Created a Whole new Database from scratch

could you specify your server settings? (operating system, web server, php version, mysql version, ..)
