Object : Course subscription administration on user level
Ocationally there is a need to manually change users course subriptions.
I would really like if there were a possibillity to subscribe and unsubscribe a user in one or several courses from the userprofile.
Today I have to enter every course to change user subscription and role in a course.

Hello,
at this time, using docebo 4, you could mass-edit users of a course for example changing their level, but you can't change the level of a single user for more courses at once. Also this feature is not planned in the upcoming releases so I can't tell you if / when this will be implemented.
Anyway thanks for your suggestion!
bye,
Giovanni.

Hi Derks.

I'm not sure if you understood my suggestion. I'll try to explain it again.

If I want to se which courses a user are subscribed to, I can do this by going into the user profile (admin area) an click the user statistics tab.
But if I want to unsubscribe the user from one or more of those courses listet, I have to go into the course admin and find the user in each single course.

This is a little tedious and unnessesary timeconsuming.

So the suggestion is:
1. Make it possible to unsubscribe a user from the courselist in his/her userprofile.
2. Make it possible to subscribe a user to one or several courses from his/her userprofile (based on multiple selection).

We used this option many times in our last LMS "E-front" which was a great functionality.

The user profile (in admin area) is for me a natural place where I can edit all the information, subscriptions, levels and so on for the user.
I think that if Docebo got this functionality in the userprofile (admin area), it would be a great addon to the system and timesaving for the administrators.

Hope this was better explained.

Hello,
thanks for explaining it in detail. Suggestion #1 is a good point and about the number 2, actually right now you can do it from the multiple subscribe feature in the course administration or with the fast subscribe in the administration dashboard (this works with one course at time but is almost as quick as selecting it one by one).

Anyway we have saved your suggestion in our list of possible improvements for future releases. Thanks.

bye,
Giovanni.
