Object : A Docebo Learning Object Server?
First of all thanks for a great open source system! We have been impressed by the flexibility when setting the system up for our hospital.

Is there a way to add an additional content server just for learning objects?  This could possible be an http server with an scorm api, or you could mount the content server and use the filesystem for course delivery. Docebo would act as a delivery server and manages the sequencing of all learning objects. The elearning is delivered to the user directly from a content server. Docebo would also be the directory for all available learning objects.
I think it would be useful in situations such as these:
-to deploy content that must be behind a firewall (our primary need)
-Greater flexibility in delpoying courses for a spesific location or other organisational entity
-several separate Docebo installations could share a content server
-scale up content delivery by cluster content servers

Kind regards,
Trond Kristiansen

Hello,
thanks for your suggestion. We were thinking to implement something like that for future releases but there are not more details about this at this moment.

bye,
Giovanni.

Hello Trond

We are working on something similar, in details we are working on an Amazon Cloudfront integration.
As next step we are working on a marketplace environment
