Object : I don´t understand IO tasks
Trying to import users using io tasks.

How should the access be set? (read/write)
What should the file pattern look like?

Trying and always failing my attempts.

UPDATE:
I have managed to import users from a csv file, but when I add the field tree_code in the csv, it does not import anything....
When I try to export users I get all data but the tree_code field is blank. (even when users are assigned to a node)

What am I doing wrong?

Hello,
do you have to import users on regular basis like every night?

Cause else you could just use the csv import for users.

bye,
Giovanni.

Yes, we are trying to get importing work on a regular basis. The idea is that an LDAP exports a csv file that are imported into docebo every day. Most likely several times a day.

But if I can get those 5200 users importet manually in one go, that would be a start.

The big problem here is to get 5200 users placed in the right node. I've tried this now all day (actually the whole day, 8 hours continusly) without luck.
Is tree_code the wrong string?

I´ve tried to understand your suggestions in this post regarding manual import and the use of io tasks.

Hi,Csv files to add bulk users do.

User name, name, last name, e-mail, password, once is not enough of them will have fields.

And then this time when you add users, for example, " to suspend the registration (will be automatic)," he would like to have a field named one of the bird section. What do I need to add these fields?
