Object : Removing Failed column
I have two captivate SCORM objects uploaded into a course, no quizes, just a straight tutorial. I'm only interested in tracking student progress and whether or not they have watched the courses, and would like to remove the "Failed" column next to the "Objects" and "Completed" columns. I would also like to remove references to scores when the student clicks on the report button. How can I manage these fields?

Thanks, Lantz

Thanks for your fast response. I mean the information displayed in the LMS--see image below. Can I control whether or not this info is displayed from within the LMS? Can it be controlled from within the SCORM package?

Hello

These status are absolutly controlled by the scorm pack (as defined by the standard), if it's written failed in the LMS means that captivate sent this message already

OK, is there anyway I can simply (or not simply, I can change the code if necessary) remove the column displaying "failed" from the LMS? I don't want users to see anything having to do with passing or failing since we aren't tracking that. All I want is complete/incomplete.

Thanks,
Lantz

Simply tell to captivate that the status to send is related to the complete and not to score. I Repeat, it's a learning object issue. If you want to delete the colun you can do editing the php files (you need to be a programmer) but consider that if you will have, in the future, another course with another policy that need to display the status deleting a column mneans you will not see anything.
