Hi,

I cannot add a new course in Docebo 4.0.4
Error message: "Error while processing the requested operation"
This is configured in my localhost, same error occurs in my public server.

Server Configuration:

Server configuration

  • Server address: 127.0.0.1
  • Server port: 80
  • Server name: localhost
  • Server admin mail: admin@localhost
  • Server software: Apache/2.2.8 (Win32) PHP/5.2.6

MySQL information

  • MySQL version: 5.0.51b-community-nt
  • Sql mode: ""
  • Mysql Encoding: latin1
  • Mysql Collation: latin1_swedish_ci

Info about PHP

  • PHP version: 5.2.6
  • "safe_mode" configuration: Off
  • Configuration of "register_global": Off
  • Configuration of "magic_quotes_gpc": Off
  • Configuration of "upload_max_filesize": 10M
  • Configuration of "post_max_size": 8M
  • Configuration of "max_execution_time": 30s
  • LDAP: On
  • Configuration of "allow_url_include": Off

USER management, group management and all other features works fine.

Please advise.

Hello,
please note that you should change

  • Mysql Encoding: latin1
  • Mysql Collation: latin1_swedish_ci

To:

  • Mysql Encoding: utf8
  • Mysql Collation: utf8_general_ci
 
..also, is this a fresh install or did you upgraded from a 3.6.x version ?
