Under Administer the Course, in the User/Objects grid menu, I select a user that has completed the course and then try to change the status for the learning object from "Completed" to "Not Attempted" and then click Save. But the drop down switches back to "Completed" and the status never changes. How do I change this? I want the student to start the course over as if they never attempted it.

I think I found the problem. I believe you have to go into each completed Learning Object first and click the "Completed" link and then click the reset button. Then the user status in the previous screen allows you to change it from 'completed' to 'not attempted'.
